kmap

Start knowing what's true.

The live map of what your company knows – for every employee and agent.

kmap reads your documents and learns from your people. It works out which version is right, settles disagreements with its reasons, and gives every answer with its source, in the app or straight from Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot.

Invite-only while we start with our first firms.

Each point is a fact from a firm's documents: checked, confirmed by a person or in question.

An answer, with where it came from

Every answer shows its source, who stands behind it and when.

When documents disagree, kmap says so, and says which it trusts and why. Here's what someone at an agency sees when they ask about a rate that changed this year.

What's our rush surcharge?

Our rush surcharge is 25% on work booked with less than 48 hours' notice 1. An email from March quoted 20%; the 2026 rate card replaced it 2.

The firm and the people in these examples are invented.

Your company already has the answer. The hard part is knowing which version is right.

AI tools make this sharper. They answer from whichever file they find, and an old price list sounds just as sure as the current one.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect what you already have

SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, or uploads. You choose the folders and who can see each one. Your files stay where they are.

  2. 2

    kmap builds the map

Every fact gets its source and date. Where documents disagree, kmap settles what it can and shows why. The rest becomes a question for the person who knows.

  3. 3

    Ask from anywhere

In kmap, in Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, in Slack or by email. Answers come with their sources, and only from what that person may see.

  4. 4

Keep it right as you work

Say "that's wrong" from wherever you asked, and the correction sticks. History shows who changed what, and why.

See how it works

Under every AI tool

Your AI tools write the answers. kmap makes sure they're right.

Connect kmap to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot once. From then on, each person's AI answers from your company's settled facts, with their sources, and asks before it adds anything new to the map.

Nobody has to learn new software. Most people will barely notice kmap is there. They get answers they can trust, and a colleague's answer reaches the map without anyone filing it.

For the people in charge

Leaders settle what's true, once.

When two documents disagree, kmap shows both, says which it trusts and why, and asks the person who owns that area when it can't tell. Their answer outranks the documents and isn't overwritten the next time a file is read.

Each ruling is kept with its reason, so the next person, and the next AI tool, gets the same answer.
